Sagra della Minestra Strinta
The festival of Zuppa Strinta takes place every year from 9 to 11 August in the fraction of Masicelle. The festival is aimed at valuing a typical local dish that includes the combination of chicory, thistle, beet and potatoes. It is cooked slowly and potatoes absorb all the juices and flavors of the vegetables. In this way the soup is "strinta", or sautéed. The festical is organized by the cultural association Promassicelle
