Castello di Pietrastornina
Built by the Langobardic as a bastion of control on an imposing cliff, it was used to control the routes through the Caudina valley. In the first half of the thirteenth century, Riccardo Filangieri took possession of the castle, but later it became property of Charles I of Anjou that gave it to the Stendardo family. That was in the middle of the fifteenth century, but today there are only a few ruins.
