Chiesa Maria SS. Annunziata o chiesa Madre
The church has been founded in the eighteenth century. It shows a Greek cross, with three naves separated by four large pillars. The inner space is closed at the bottom with a curved apse, which features the main altar. It is unknown whether the building was designed by an architect, but there are various similarities with many religious buildings in the province, and the influence, if not the direct intervention, of D.A. Vaccaro is quite clear. In the first half of the nineteenth century, the church was further adorned and embellished with remarkable furnishings, and in 1992 the restoration and consolidation works have finished and the church has been reopened.
