Agriturismo
"Ricciardi" farmhouse is about 600 meters above sea level and overlooks the surrounding valleys. The cuisine is typically local, there are dishes such as: "lagane" and chickpeas, minestra maritata (a typical soup) orecchiette with vegetables. Their specialty is Carmasciano lamb and pecorino Carmasciano (a special cheese). Among cured meats there are capocollo, soppressata, bacon and ham. Everything is homemade.
